I’ve worked out 23/33 days. I’m proud of myself because five of those days were mandatory “rest” days. The other days, well, laziness happened. I was discouraged because I wasn’t seeing results even though I was working my butt off. What it came down to was food. Yummy, fattening, greasy food. I had to change my eating habits and although I’m not perfect, I’m doing a lot better. I’m not taking any shortcuts because I know the best things in life are the things you have to work for. It’s time for a lifestyle change.
